I selected four different base malts – Viking Xtra Pale, Rahr 2Row, Briess 2Row, and Admiral Gallagher's Best. I then used a 2roller homebrew mill and crushed the malts using four different gap settings. The gap settings were mm, mm, mm and mm. I used a feeler gauge to verify these settings in between each milling.
